Dedicated, trustworthy, and compassionate, Steve Hudgens’ mission has always been to elevate nursing home care to the highest standard through person-centered principles and thoughtful leadership. He understands the importance of getting to know people on a deeper level – whether it’s with residents, families, or staff – to provide true care and personal assistance.
A strong advocate for our elders, Steve has over 20 years of experience in long-term care and comes from a large family of caregivers. In addition to being a licensed nursing home administrator, Steve is passionate about giving back to the local community and has been an active volunteer with JDRF for over 10 years.
As the Director of Nursing, Ashley Zeigler sets the standard for exceptional nursing care through her dedication and compassionate approach. Her strong desire for working with other nurses and caring for our residents shines through daily.
Ashley’s team-player mentality means that if something needs to get done, she jumps at the opportunity to help. Her positive attitude and exceptional long-term care skills make Ashley a valuable asset to our team.
As a registered nurse, Ashley brings over six years of experience in long-term care to Encore at West Little Rock, where she has worked as a CNA, LPN, and now RN. Ashley’s caregiver and nurturing nature, paired with her healthcare experience, plays a big role in why residents feel they are in the best hands possible.
When it comes to navigating the long-term care process, Stephanie Miller is a valuable resource to residents, families, and the surrounding community. As an LPN and CEU presenter for professionals, her passion for educating and helping others through insight and knowledge acts as a guiding light for families.
Her natural ability to listen and understand others’ concerns in long-term care, then offer practical solutions, make her a perfect fit as Clinical Liaison.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Stephanie brings a unique combination of education and experience to our community. A dedicated and active member of the community, Stephanie is a member of the Mann Middle School PTSA, church treasurer, and service volunteer for both Alzheimer’s Arkansas and the Little Rock Meals On Wheels program.
